Our production strength

HW operates a total of 29 HPDC machines with capacities ranging from 280T to 3,500T,
and has an annual production capacity of 36,000 T of HPDC parts.

Quality Management

HW places great emphasis on quality management and adheres to standardised management practices.

HW quality team comprises a total of 53 members, who are responsible for managing product quality and monitoring the entire production process. Among them, 10 are quality engineers, responsible for quality communication and service provision to both internal and external customers, as well as the collection and analysis of quality data, continuous improvement and validation.
