The Production Department comprises three production units: die-casting workshop, cleaning workshop and machining workshop with a total of approximately 600 staffs. They house 29 state-of-the-art die-casting machines—ranging in capacity from 280 tonnes to 3,500 tonnes—sourced domestically and internationally, as well as over 400 machining centres and various other machining equipment, enabling an annual production capacity of 36,000 tonnes of die-cast components.
With a long history of manufacturing high-end, complex automotive components, the department has accumulated extensive on-site technical and managerial expertise. Its main products include clutch housings, gearbox housings, torque converter housings, automatic gearbox housings, steering gear housings, and housings for power tools and medical devices.
