eight 3D design engineers, responsible for converting the structural designs into 3D models; ten 2D engineers, responsible for producing roughing drawings and 2D mould drawings; and three mould simulation engineers, responsible for simulation and validation during the design process; There are 14 product development engineers—comprising 4 senior engineers, 6 project engineers and 4 assistant engineers—who are responsible for the preliminary quality planning of aluminium die-castings, as well as the compilation and submission of APQP and PPAP documentation; 8 die-casting process engineers, responsible for the technical development and continuous improvement of the die-casting production process; and 8 machining engineers, responsible for the development and planning of machining projects, as well as the formulation and optimisation of machining processes; 10 quality engineers, responsible for coordinating the resolution of internal and external quality issues and driving continuous improvement, whilst maintaining constant communication with clients to resolve production process issues and provide rapid feedback.
